I'm looking for shipping boxes. USPS approved shipping boxes.
I can not believe there is only 1 box made and only 1 seller. $99 for 10 boxes and shipping. $10+ for a box with a filter glued in it????
Does anyone make thier own boxes or retrofit an existing box?
An air filter is an air filter, as long as it conforms to USPS standards.

Does anyone have any insight on this?

There is definitely more than one maker of USPS approved shipping boxes. Horizon is not the only one. The only thing is finding them. You absolutely HAVE TO only use the ones that are approved by USPS, though. You cannot just make your own, stick a filter in it and ship them because it will not be accepted/work.

I am not sure where you can find a list of the various brands. I know we have a local'ish store here (Belle Farm) that created and sells USPS approved shipping boxes.

I have in the past. I am not sure if all post offices will accept it. I was told once that they were not supposed to. (Not my home office so it wasn't for any personal preferances.)
