Utah Chicken Stock? - Help with Agenda...

I've looked at a few of the other threads. I can't tell the difference between a Chicken Stock, a Show, and a Swap - it seems like there is a lot of selling/swapping at Shows, and showing at Swaps, and both at the Chicken Stocks. And, it seems like some of these Chicken Stocks are huge, almost county fair deals with t-shirts and chili cook-offs and food booths. I have no idea how many people would come to a Chicken Stock here, unless you advertised. Is anyone willing to host this? With the whole flu panic, should bird owners even be getting together? (I'm not too paranoid, but I've found at least one Chicken Stock on here that has been postponed from next weekend to the fall because of the swine flu).

You guys don't need to plan around our schedule. We'll be out there from 7/4 - 7/12 but with less flexability than I previously thought.

We may have some time that Sunday or Monday to get together with peeps if there is interest. We'll be in the SLC area.

I'm in no matter what we do. We can have a meeting at my home if desired. I can bring food. I am in on swapping chickens. Whatever. I am a SAHM and can do most anything.

We really should do this!!! I dont really know what happens at a chicken stock but just yesterday I was at the "Utah fancy Poultry association show" they did an auction and a raffle, the raffle was uper fun and made a ton of money for the organization and the auction was cool. We should have every one bring their chickens and they could trade/sell there show stalk and other poultry and even sell some homemade goods. I will think on this and Nifty really should come and be a guest speaker. :D
