Hatching all over the place again! Awesome! Cannot wait to see all these babies guys

Cynthia I sold one of my buff laced, the smaller crested one,....and one of the Silver laced. boy oh boy oh boy I hope the one I have left is a girl. It was a total roll of the dice...I am getting kind of an idea but no way am I positive. If I sold the girl and kept the boy I am going to be soooo bummed! I could not part with either of the white with black/blue crests, they are just so different I want to see what happens and choose as they get a little older. But I had to sell a couple while they were still little enough to be sold....they are getting bigger and they do not fit in that cage so well hehe....gotta make room for that sweet little splash! It is so hard to decide who to keep! How the heck do you decide which ones to sell, and not bawl when they leave? Argh! I get all choked up every single time. That is why I had to quit hatching, I am not too good about letting them go. Chicken Hoarder, go ahead, say it lol!
On that note....haha.....oh the irony....
dsgard: I may be interested in an EE or your Lav from this year's hatch! Questions on your lav---does she lay blue eggs? And are they very big? Mine lays super teensy weensy smaller than bantam size eggs and they have more a greenish tint, so I am thinking of selling her, but my son LOVES her coloring so if I could find a replacement he would be thrilled

Also...what colors are the EE's? Would love to see them!

That lavender has some coming into...coming! Going to be gorgeous. I asked her about Scott and I meeting her this weekend...she said during the week wouldn't work..so, if I can get hold of her, and we meet up with her, I could get both mine, and the lavender if you want, and then, when ara comes..she will have a car full of chickens! Oh Lisa, wait till you see that baby of yours over here..I can't wait to see that one all grown up! Very pretty blue, with lots of splash.

Have to share my excitment...a Faveroelle is zipping!

I have them in lock down in a carton. My first time hatching this way. I have two other pips. And here's the thing..these eggs, are the same size as the Silki eggs. So what's up with the silkies.. I am thinking...the vaulted heads make it harder for them to turn? I don't know, but I am excited.

Hooray for pips! I really like hatching mine in cartons. I can't wait to see the babies...so I am not sure about this, I have a question....are faverolles only bantams or do they come in LF too?

Ok, went back and rechecked what she wrote on those pictures..the lav Am was the last picture..she had written at the top, that she was posting pictures of her EE pullets, then, under the lav. A she wrote, here is a picture of my Lav. Am. hmmm. ?

Favorelles come in LF too, had a salmon colored one once. Very sweet faces, like the Australorps..

I have a Swedish pipping! Not in cartons, but same bator. lol.....I don't remember you saying you hatched in cartons! This is going to be interesting. It is going to jump right out of there, and move all of the others around. Oh well.

Oh, and I just sold all of my other babies, to that gal looking for babies for the school project..plus, she wants some of what ever is hatching now. Yaay!

A Faverolle is out..it's blue, and a swedish is almost...
