Utah!

Blujems! Your egg is so bee--oootiful too! Haha that is so funny they did it the same day :D
Awesome! :clap And cute cute speckles on them ;) Cannot wait to see the next eggs. Is your girl getting pretty good sized? Mine really grew a lot in the last month. Daloorashens you get any yet? How about that olive egger? She HAS to do it. Now. C'mon girl!

Cynthia your dog is so adorable in the snow. He looks like a very sweet boy. I bet he does not eat chickens...I'll trade ya! lol!

Whittni, pretty girls in your flock! What kind are those on the bottom left? Never seen those before.

I love all the pictures. I showed to cats today they both became champions. I am having heart surgery on Monday. Will be in ICU a couple of days so probably will be out of touch. I'll let tou all know when I;m up and kicking. I have egg envy. Both my BCm died so I will need to start all over again in the spring

Geez Diana! That sounds crazy seriousl! I hope everything goes smoothly. Will have you in thoughts and prayers!

I had talked to Blujems and Daloorashens both about hatching some of their BCM eggs in the spring when we got those birds. I am sure there will be chicks available! And I am headed back over to pawtraitarts again in the Spring as well. So sad yours died! We will get you hooked up with some new ones ;) Congrats on your champion cats too! They are amazing.

Hope you feel better soon! Which hospital is doing your surgery? I cannot believe you have to go through that. And you are showing cats 2 days prior. You should sloooow down girl.

What?! Dang, I think you are the most casual person I know of that says they're having heart surgery. Do you need anything?

Cynthia, thanks for sharing the fun pictures of Toby in the snow. He's so cute.

Well, I do believe we have at least a foot of snow on the ground here. I am so close to just going outside, diving in, and rolling around just because I can. I LOVE snow! And it's conditions like this that make me glad I have a 4WD vehicle.

Congratulations on your cats taking champion.

Now, what's this about a heart surgery? What are you having done? If you are going into ICU, you must be having something done more than a heart ablation. I'm nosey girl! Have you had heart problems for long? I have for a long time, but haven't been in for surgery for years. Let us know if we can do anything for you..I'm so far away, but something! So sorry for losing chickens too. Man!

Holy Cow Cynthia, that's a lot of snow!!! We've gotten some here, too, but not THAT much!!

Lisa and Blu... very pretty eggs, hopefully mine aren't too far behind

,

One of my Delawares started today, woo-hoo!! I'm not running lights right now, so that's probably why mine are behind yours, Lisa.... I don't know which Delaware, they look exactly alike, my oldest son calls them 'The Sisters" because we can't tell them apart, lol...

I'll be at my mom's tomorrow and see how they are all doing over there... we need to run a light over there, at least for when the sun is up, it's dark where they are at.. There's one side which is open with just chicken wire which we staked straw up against the whole side, so it's pretty dark... probably will throw them all off, lol...

Sorry, Sundance about surgery and losing those chickens... we'll hook you up with some more and be thinking about you for sure while you recover!!

Oh, and Whittni, I'm having St George envy right now, haha, my sister lives there, too... I start wishing I had a second home down there in about January, lol

Good luck will send good thoughts for you.

We will have plenty of eggs to hatch. Right now I have the BCM Rooster with the BCM Hens and the silver laced wyandotte.

The Ameraucana Roo. is with the 2 ameraucana hens and the 2 cuckoo maran hens.

Then of course we have the Blue Breasted Old English...(right now my favorites...they are so pretty) and of course cute little creamy eggs.

Just have to decide when to start hatching.

I have every thing ready, just not sure when I want to start hatching. I am thinking early so they start laying sooner, just not sure how early.
