Ohhh Sundance, how I wish I could take that pair of Seramas! Unfortunately I am full up in the Chicken Hotel
It's okay, I will just melt in misery here...........and wish I had a second coop built. Chicke Math, HA. It'll never get me
Okay random story that that just made me think of. Two of my great grandma's were sitting at the table once playing cards, and one of them was talking about how she had to take X number of pills every day for this and that. The other grandma said, "Not me, I'm a free bird! I don't have to take any pills." Unfortunately, sweet Great Grandma failed to notice that behind her, my grandma was quietly mashing up her pills to mix them with her food..........
Cynthia, oh my goodness, I can see why people rave about those Faverolles! She looks so sweet and so friendly. My Dominique cross is kind of like that. She follows me everywhere and loves to be right by me or up on my shoulder. My BO is like that, too. She loves to be held when I'm out in the garage. And I'm so glad that Sundance gave you your new Miss Piggy
One of my chicks would scratch in my hand like that....can't remember who, though....I love animal antics, except for when they're naughty and eat your dinner. Or your towel.
I need to get some pictures of that Welsummer I got from you a while ago. She is very sweet. She makes a warbling noise instead of the regular "bawk bawk". It's sweet.
Lisa, that chick has
perfect puffy cheeks! Wow! It reminds me of your girl "fat face" when she was a chick. Ohhh you guys are making me antsy for hatching! One of the Icelandic eggs I've collected so far is cracked, so I think I'm going to open that one up and check for fertility. They boys were pretty lazy yesterday..........makes me nervous............
