How fun! The Utah group is hoppin'!

I feel a bit out of the loop though...am I the only one without chickens? I only have 2 ducklings and a gosling. We were *very* close to getting some chicks until I saw the ducklings....that was it for me...I was a goner! LOL

Ok, this snow garbage really must stop. My poor teenage Welsummers are out in their coop and everytime I go to check on them, they give me accusing glares. Nevermind that the run is totally protected by the evergreens over it and there isn't a lick of snow in the run or on the coop! Everytime I see them, I feel like a baaaaad person...

Where is Spring?!?!?!

Hi Mikanik - nope I don't have any chickens or ducks at the moment. We were hoping to pick them up today but it didn't work out, so it'll be next week! *fingers crossed* My husband and oldest son are soooo in love with the ducks and REALLY want some - so chances are we'll have a duck or two too eventually lol

@Donna - No kidding!! I am sooo SOOO done with all this blasted snow! I want SPRING already! Chicken guilt! lol Poor you!

oh i want ducks too! well i also want emu bad but i know i cant get away with that but i would love to see the look my neighbor would give me if i did

maybe i can convince people they are just the worlds largest parrots?

I've got runner ducklings brooding and am waiting (impatiently!!!!) for a trio of buff Sebastopol goslings to come from Wisconsin.
WATERFOWL RULE! (in my humble and extremely biased opinion...) But chickens are pretty awesome, too.
