Pawtraitart, I'll tell you what. I want to help you out. So, I'll take all of those chickens off your hands out of the goodness of my heart. I'll only charge you $10 for the lot of them.

(BluJems, is your texter basically acting like that?) In all seriousness Pawtraitart, I love your chickens, and if I ever came up in your neck of the woods I'd be a dead man because I'd buy ALLLLLL of your hens at whatever price you acted, and then my dh would kill me. Kill me dead.

Michelle-Love the blue eggs...if anybody goes her way PLEEEEEZ let me know! Road trip is calling but oh man I don't know if I want to make that oh so exciting drive through the Snowville-Delco area yet one more time this year. (it is one Loooong stretch of road!) haha But worth it

I have not done the B Basket for a while. I had a couple weird ones in a row so then I have not been motivated to do it for a bit. Grapes though, that sounds yummy! Which one do you go to Ace?

I love bountiful baskets, I haven't picked one up the last couple of weeks I'm definitely ordering this time. Mangos and blueberries? Yes please! I may or may not have eaten almost the entire last box we got . . . Maybe I'll get 5 this time? Hmmm.

Paw, blue orps? golden marans? Sounds so cool! I'd be surely dead though.

I'm rehoming my last 2 cockerels tomorrow, now the question is: should I give up my buff B.O. or a cute little unknown black breed...? I'm sure he is a mix, has slate legs completely black feathers and muffs. Could he be an Ameraucana probably an Easter Egger because of his leg color.

Slate legs could be a pure ameraucana---if they are more green then EE . Sure is cute little baby!

What beauties, I love the bottom one, forgive me because i still have a lot of learning to do. Is she a blue orp? I'm loving the blue OE (Olive) I got from Cynthia, she (because she is a she, or at least I think she is) is soo pretty. I need to get some pictures of them up.

People really make me wonder some days....I had someone tell me they would take my rooster and hens that were not laying if I would give her my wheaten ameraucanas.....Really?

Oh Blu, that doesn't surprise me at all!!! I post on the local yard sale site here, on Facebook, and the people don't just want the stuff for next to nothing, they want you to deliver it too!!!!!! My neighbor posted some pure Ameraucanas and had a woman dicker the price way down, then had the nerve to give her the address in Vernal (an hour away) where she wanted it delivered. My neighbor hung up the phone and called me to come over and calm her down...lol.

Blujems, how did you not laugh in their face?

When I get some time...lol. I'm trying to empty a couple of livestock outbuildings that the DH and his daughters stuffed all my stuff into, when she had to have her little dance studio in our big shop. I've been selling it online on Facebook, in the local yard sale site. Between the hatchery, the horses and trying to keep the house livable, a FB page seems a long way off right now...lol. I need to get business cards as everyone keeps asking for one....eeek!!

Does anyone else on here get Bountiful Baskets? This week's basket had three bags of grapes! I put two in the freezer... and my chickens LOVE them!

They go crazy for the cool refreshing treat in this weather!

Wow, thanks so much for mentioning that. I keep forgetting the name of those and wanted to start getting them. The neighbors get them and I have started feeling like a fool for how many times I've asked the name of it.

You are exactly correct Casa!!!!!! Slate legs are on the pures; willow green are on the hybrids!! The green willow color come from the Aracauna cross
