Utah!

This is the little boy. Would be funny if it's a girl that just makes a scream every now and again. Like I said in another post, maybe it doesn't like my voice!

Lisa..that would be great if they started that young. Well maybe mostly good. We would know for sure right away, but how annoying would that be? :/ All those little critters in the house making noise!

blue/green. Little EE. Acutally, these eggs were more blue, hoping the girl will lay a more blue. Don't the blue eggs become lighter with age like the Marans? And OE's?

Silly, your kids were totally fine. It was fun to have them here

I know the dogs sure loved that you guys came. Our husky loves kids, so that was really good for him.

Thank you so much again. :)

Wow that is awesome! Great drawing pawtraitart!

So I washed out my incubator, I bought another thermometer, on of the fish tank ones. I calibrated it twice, and it was dead on. I was so surprised. I also took out the digital temp/humidity reader. Well the temp is dead on with my house temp. But the stupid humidity is jumping from 22% to 25% sitting on my counter for the last 2 1/2 to 3 hours. So I don't know what to think of it. I'm going to take a hot steamy shower to see what it goes up to with a small bathroom with it locked up and the mirrors all steamy to see what it reads then. I do have a new humidity control coming on tuesday off Amazon, but I'm not worried about that all that much right now.

I actually lucked out and have 27 eggs to hatch this time. Yippee…. My friend's neighbor was so nice to give me 12 Silkie eggs, and then his mother gave me…get this…NN Rooster to Houdan's, EE and a Delaware. HAHAHA those should be fun, but she isn't sure how fertile they are, because she'e never thought about hatching any of them. Plus Red was so super nice and gave me some really beautiful colored eggs. OMG, I love the colors, that I'm praying every one of them hatch and they are all girls so I can finally have some color outside come July or August.

Well the incubator is currently at 100 with the Fish Tank Thermometer, and the thermometer that came with it, laying on the wire floor, last hatch I had the bottom at 99 and the top at 101.2-101.5. I got on the hatch threads and people are telling me that since it is STILL AIR, to have it at 102. So I called and talked with Cynthia and she said just to leave it at 100. So I might just go with her advise being the hatching queen, and leave it at 100, unless someone thinks its better to have them higher.

And Gary need to post photos of his little baby, its so adorable, little chipmunk face. He has the photos, I took them on his camera for him, so get on and post them!
