Utah!

Pictures of my Tolbunts.

Does anyone on here do custom incubating or know someone that does? I need to find someone that could hatch a dozen or two eggs every week or so.

Photo overload! I think that my white just may be a girl..opposite of your boy Iluv..I am not sure yet..just three months old a couple of days ago.
The top does sweep back a bit.

The comb is what has me stumped. Still to early I guess. Poor baby bumped it's nose
on something. I had to watch it for a while. I hope that scab doesn't leave a mark, but
oh well..shouldn't show up too bad. Knowing this little one, it scraped it on the fence at
bedtime..it still goes balistic trying to find a roost. Doesn't go into the coop on it's own.
I pushed the feathers way apart to show the comb.

Side view of the top again and tail feathering.

Stink eye! Poor nose. It's healing good now though.

Not crowing yet. Lisa, this is the sibling to the one you got from me. Only I hatched it
later..so .. not sure about sibling, but from the same gal. Is the black you one you are
talking about the one you got from me? I may have a blue boy out there. They are
getting bigger. Will know soon. Ha ha..like in about three months. I can't tell on this one!

How cute is that?? :) :)

She is gorgeous! She looks exactly like my black...as far as comb and hairdo, so not sure if that means it could be a he or is a she....I will get a pic for you.
The black IS the one I got from you, and he is turning out so beautiful. Very fluffy, very sweet....likes people more than chickens, he just scuttles right out of the run and onto my lap when I open the door. It still has a very smoky look, for a black. But more black than blue for sure. A few strands of lighter hairs around the back of the neck, silvery looking. I think he would make an amazing breeding specimen, but he can't make any splash chicks, so a blue would be better....BUT I am getting really attached to him so not sure if I am going to be able to switch him out. I wish we could have unlimited roosters. I might even put him in with the Polish, if i get another one just so I can keep him. Let me know if you get a blue boy though.....I really should stick to my plan lol

Derald, those Tolbunts are so so so so so adorable. If you are hatching them next Spring I would love to get some.

I will be hatching the tolbunts next spring. I also lost my mind momentarily and spent way too much on some second import Isbars so I will have green egg layers hatching next spring also.

Cynthia---after looking real close...I take that back....the comb on mine is about the same width and redness, but mine is raised a little higher than yours.

Guess I'll know better in about a month. Either way, I want to keep this one. Hope that collar works if it's a boy! I want to breed them so bad.
