cynthia, here is the leghorn x sf that made it through the night.has leg feathering but not much fluff (if any) in the cheeks.

one of the babies fell asleep in the food lol

Oh I'm so happy it made it. You did good. Yes, with an egg that big..that yolk had to be huge! So, it got a lot of goodies for a while before that belly went down..lol. And this baby that is asleep..adorable! Don't you love how they just all of a sudden plop, asleep? This one seems to love it's food, not going to leave it..nope!

Sidewing, no "real" guesses yet...another week or so and I bet we can tell if you re-post. They've got some pretty good combs started, but Marans can do that and be female...the one next to the boy on the left looks most likely to be a boy IMO but I am only ever 50 percent right lol :cd

Whelp, posted on the forums to confirm the bad news... The chick I drove down to Spanish Fork for is a boy. In fact, of my 4 frizzles, only one pullet. Now I need to get rid of these baby boys.

Probably a boy just to spite me.

Frizzle boy... I suspected him to be a boy from the very start.

Spanish Fork chick, had I researched more, I would have known on pick-up this was a boy.

My only lady frizzle... Stay a girl for me, please.
