I may pause to think about this. I am not ready to hug him goodbye! i kind of have to hang on to him at least for a little while to keep my other 8 week old company, I have no other teenagers to transition out to the coop with her. Ack!

Cynthia, I have more eggs coming, cross fingers!

In other news----right on target.

Pretty close anyway!

Ya and I would be stuck with him to. We have a hen here if ya want her. Is that egg from the first batch you got from us.

Yep-- looks to me like there is for sure 1 roo and 4 hens. Not sure what to do with the roo yet, but I figure I have time to get him off elsewhere!

This is from the 4 wheaten eggs I picked up when I came out to get the eggs for Donna and drop off the chick for your DW.. Two would not develop, maybe the cold...then there was this one that looked good all along, and the 4th one looked like it developed well until a week ago, and looked a bit smaller than this one, so not sure what will happen with it. It has not pipped yet, but they are not due til tomorrow night, so hoping!

Well here is a laugh for you casa. The chicken math has struck with 4 new chicks from IFA and the 5 teenagers we hatched and you brought over and the chicks the boss is hatching. And now the silkies and show girls we have to get. I think I have to build another coop.

Madchicken, Paprika and Pepper are cute

And that feed looks nice! I've got a couple of pictures, too, just for fun. Yesterday when I was cooking up some eggs, I checked them for fertility. This is what I found on the one I checked: Hmmm, I dunno. Ya think that thing is fertile?

Only the biggest danged bulls-eye I've ever seen! This next one is for Birdman. Remember the plant I was telling you my mom brought home forever ago? It's this one. Any ideas? Okay, I took the camera out back the other day to get some pictures of my Wyandotte girls. But of course, I can never pass up other picture opportunities. Nora (Chuck Norris) is a very curious girl. This is the Leghorn/EE from Cynthia. I love her beard. Dottie is not happy unless she gets to sit on my back/shoulders and chat with me. And sometimes pick stray specks out of my hair. [/URL] Stevie, one of the Wyandottes I got from Lisa last year. The parents were originally from Blu and Phoenix. She is a gorgeous, floofy girl! Not sure that she is show quality, but I don't care.
red that is a dwarf schefflera plant :) thanks for the picture :)

Ya I know the feeling! Lol! We were looking at cinderblocks today, thinking, let's just make a giant cinderblock chicken fort...... :p

Blujems--Here is the baby :) Let me know if you want to keep it, if you do, I will run it out in the next day or two. I am not thinking Egg #2 is going to hatch, but I am leaving it in for a day to see.

1000

Pretty long fur on this one, it will be super fluffy tomorrow!
