Oh, Silly, Sheriff is soooooo beautiful! Color me WRONG. She is definitely a girl, I'd say. She has pink in her comb, but it's so tiny and her wattles nonexistant, so I'd be shocked if she starts crowing. Her feathers also seem very girly to me.

Cynthia, that favorelle is so beautiful. I love her.

Sara, here's a few olive eggs with a marans egg, a white egg, and a blue egg for comparison.

She only gets red when she is alert, like me with a camera. LOL they all seem to get redder when I have the camera around. Do you think she will lay a Olive egg? She is on the smaller side with the chicks that are her same age.

Red, thanks for the compliments on Gizmo. She really is cute. But man she just yells. She actually "Caws" like a really loud crow. As soon as I step out the backdoor it starts, and she does not stop until I go back in. She is SUCH an attention hog, and I love it, but it's hard to enjoy sitting out there with my morning java because she just hollers. We have tried squirting her, that does not work, she gets all excited and just cannot help herself lol. Treats work for about a second. She is the most loving little thing ever, and I hate to sell her, but when me and my DH were out there this weekend working on runs he looked at me and I looked at him and we knew each other's thoughts. "That one has gotta go!" I think if we did not have the boys, there would be more room for her noise level. But when they are all hollering, she give the boys a "run for their money"!

I didn't know they came in bantam. And those pictures you got are really nice ones. Good to have to remember her by after she goes to her new home.

I think I've decided I do want to go the Light Brahma route... But unfortunately, I really can't find any more Light Brahmas anywhere... My breeding time is getting limited, and every quality breeder I find that ships eggs seems to not be doing to anymore. lD

I don't suppose anyone here...?

Thank you Speckled, she really is pretty, and very sweet. I am so happy that she is going somewhere that she can roam around in a larger area..she really isn't liking being penned up..but my RIR's just won't be nice to her out free ranging. I know Shannelle will find the perfect "happy" spot for her.
