Our first green egg!! So excited!

Yay! Soon you'll be wanting the chocolate browns... and olive... and spotted olive... etc... (that is, unless you already have those colors)... it's addictive.

Oh, and thank you everyone for the congratulations! We are excited to have our first! The weeks are down to single digits! And here is the most recent project I did for our little girl... ya gotta start them liking chickens early, right!?

I did it in spurts, but total, probably 4 or 5 hours...? I didn't have a pattern so that added some time.

LOL I have one month old: 2 FCM, 1 blue AM and 2 one week old BLRW. So, yes, I do want those! LOL
It's ridiculous. I'm currently looking for a place in Oregon for my 2 DD and all my girls. I have got to get out of Vegas!

Yay! Im hoping I get a new egger soon. I have three I got the end of March so they are getting to that age.
Brian, if you go up to see Desert can I talk you into brining me back a welsummer or two? That is of course if Desert has extra and you don't mind being a chicken train.

Gonna go out and clean out my coop today. It's such a pain because I have to crouch in it. Its about 5' tall. I can feel my back ache already lol. Meh maybe I'll just sit on a bucket and rake.

Hi Sara!!! I have Welsummers from hatch 6/14 (2- a pullet and a roo), 6/22 (1 pullet) and 7/4 (4 straight run).

I sit on an old milk crate...lol.

That is so good to know!!!! I'm here in Duchesne and they just aren't that into poultry care... they even admit it. If I have a real problem I know who to go to!! Thanks again!!
