The madness is spreading! This morning while getting ready for work, my mom said, "I wonder how much it would cost to build a bigger run?" Dun dun dunnnnn! And, I think we are up to three juveniles that I thought were boys, but may actually be girls. Ugh, I've lost my touch.

I have 4 Bantam RIR eggs under a hen right now. 2 are peeping! If you want i can bring u a cute little RIR Bantam tomorrow. They are so cute. They lay 4-5 eggs a week and they are bigger then Silkie eggs. I also have eggs for hatching. Anyone????

I think I am getting to my limit..ahem...with bantams.

I just got some cute little Seramas, and one is a rooster. Going to see if his crow is small. While I was at this cute kids home, his rooster didn't crow once. I was hoping he would, but glad in a way he didn't. Hopefully his son will be like him and not crow much.
I am keeping one of these blues I just hatched out. They are so pretty. I have two SG's, I know I will have to place one even if they are both girls. And of course, if they are boys. I have my black cochin bantam..sooo pretty. I have a Colombian cochin I am watching. Yep, a few bantams to decide on.

I just love my chickens. They always make me smile. I went out earlier to site in the swing and smell the rain. I had a peach daqueri I was drinking. I sort of spilled some and of course they wanted to try it. My babies that will eat almost anything didn't like the daqueri. Thats ok I did. It smells so good out side after the rain. I saw the Serams and was so tempted but I need to keep my numbers down. I hope to go to arizona for a couple of months this winter and probably will be begging for a few chicken sitters. I am so happy to be home I just can't tell you
