I'm breeding these two, just as soon as they start laying

I am thinking of changing my display name to something at applies paints. Maybe Iluvmypaints, or something else more creative. Or leave it be? ..What you think?

lisa that is scary. i do all i can to protect my birds, i try to keep wild birds away from them and such.

anyway right now my girls are playing tether ball with a head of iceberg lettuce, its a treat i do for them now and then as its cheap and gives em some nice greens to eat as well as entertainment

BCM average 200 eggs per year. They handle our climate well.

Like all chickens in the shorter winter days eggs are not produced as frequent without supplemental lighting.
