I think this little guy is a rooster. He's 4 weeks but his comb has been red for awhile. What do you think? I think I see 3 rows of peas in its comb. If so he needs a new home. :/ From the breeds the breeder had, I know it's Ameraucana (puffy cheeks) and I think the other half may be cream Legbar.

I would say you got a rooster on your hands. Sorry. But I always say you never know. My BO girl had a bright red comb at 4 weeks old. EVERYONE said she was a rooster. Well guess what she's not and she has a huge red comb so big it flops over her eye sometimes. But she's the best. She lays the most delicious eggs out of all my hens and she's gone broody and hatched us 5 ducklings.

This little guy started to sound off yesterday. I have 3 Serama chicks this one is obviously a boy, then there's one that's obviously a girl. And of course I have one that has a larger (but not as big as the little crower's) comb (and it's not as red either), but way bigger than the girl. Anyway it's cute isn't it?

That is the cutest thing ever! He sounds like a squeaky toy! My little girl is rolling around laughing her head off! :)

I was walking through my garage and thought I stepped on a dog toy the first time I heard it. Hahaha I can't seem to pull myself away from him. He flaps his wings and stands all tall sometimes and give's it all he's got and it's so squeaky and tiny.

Abko is headed from Bountiful to me tomorrow, if anyone is headed to Bountiful from Tooele or Taylorsville before tomorrow morning That could bring Red's chicks or Sundance's pullets?
Or even all the way to Logan by Thursday from Tooele or Taylorsville? Worth Checking!
