Where did you get your collar at? How old is your guy now? Mine is about 4 months this week and still not crowing. Yay! I really need to get a collar though for when it happens.

He is Gorgeous! Too bad it would be dangerous to borrow a rooster. Ha ha ha Maybe I could get some eggs from you someday. His colors are amazing.

I'm trying to get together some chicken essentials for emergency care or for when the chickens start looking a bit under the whether. I plan on getting Blu-Kote, VetRx, Green Goo, Organic Raw Unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar, and F10SC disinfectant.

Any ideas where I can get any of this stuff locally? Or should I just order it online?

So far 1 beautiful blue Silkie and a sweet little showgirl that I'm pretty sure is a splash.
I'm still waiting for pips in the other 8 silkie/SG eggs and 3 OE eggs.

My first batch of eggs went into lockdown last night! 3 silkie/sgs from Lisa, 1 olive egger from Grey Bird that's was rocking and rolling when my daughter and I came back from a weekend trip to Delta last night, and 2 of the shipped Legbar eggs. They were all looking great except maybe that one Legbar which is still veiny but the air cell is taking up more than half of the egg now.

Here's some updated pics of my Chickenstock chicks. My Legbar/Marans cross is looking roostery. Bummer! Love that chick and its crest and feathered legs! And the little one I got that was either a Legbar or a Legbar/Bielefelder, ended up being the latter. Sweet little girl. Does anyone has this cross that can share pics of the eggs she may make?

I got the blu kote at IFA they have vet rx but it is really expensive so be prepared or see if it is cheaper online. Supposedly Green Goo can be found at whole foods, but not sure. Braggs apple cider vinegar at whole foods (smiths has it also but only a really big bottle).

Whole Foods does carry Bragg's vinegar.
