Yaay for tiny Icie!
Sun, her chick is one of my lavenders. Wendy now has two of them. Wendy, I forgot to mention that I loved that picture of her hanging with one of your others. She and the Speckled S. were so close. My Speckeled Sussex has finally settled down, hangs with the other three pullets her age, and now comes around me, just talkin away. A new thing. Talks to me the whole time I'm in the coop area with her.
Those laveneders are so small, I doubt that they will be laying sooner than later, but..on the other hand, those leghorns are small, and they lay early. Have to have all the signs first..especially that red comb.
Ann, how is the blue doing? Sounded like she just fit right in pretty quick.
Wendy, that's awful...poor baby. What part of the arm broke? How old was this one? Was she here when you came? I remember your older daughter..your twin. I know there was another cute little one..with the glasses? Was it her? That is something I never went through, with all of my kids! I think I may have had it made up in having my son with Spina Bifida. Lots of bone work done there on his little legs. He did get a fracture on one leg, had it casted, then it fractured again not long after the cast was off, but it was expected for him to break bones easy in the legs. That was the only time though! All of those other kids..how did I luck out?
Got our new vynal fence up!!![]()
Sundance..I have a pip! See, smaller eggs, usually early pips. One out of the 4 showgirls.
A pip I am sooo jealous. I went to the airport this morning and shipped 2 cats to new york, Came back and looked no pip. The sizzle eggs are all small. I guess lockdown means you can't open bator and look can you. I got the humidity under control. I am thinking it was the ee that I got in Jan that laid the mystery blue egg and she is much bigger than the Americana
