Utah!

If there is a welsummer going to Sasha's from Cynthia, there should be a showgirl or something fun if there are others for sale.......coming back with her for me

Just sayin'.....that would be waaaaay too easy.
WELL....

We have the Trexler Family Reunion to go to in Richfield the beginning of July, so we will be driving past you, Cynthia! We could stop on the way back through, unless you want to sell her sooner than that, I understand. I'm also more than happy to provide chicken shuttle services, and meet new chicken friends.

Oh, and Cynthia, I was going to say the NH will be the first, but since Lisa beat me to it, for the sake of just being different, I'm going to say the SS. (She's BEAUTIFUL, BTW)

Cynthia - I still love the petticoat on your sexlink.

Thanks, I remember you saying you liked her white on the tip of her tail, and she does have a cute fluffy butt. I didn't get the backend pictures of the NH, she is getting quite the fluffy butt too.

So Lisa says NH, Sasha, you can say the same, but if you want to stick with the S. Sussex, just to let you know, I've caught her going in and out of the coop during the day, when normally they are staying out once I open the gate. hmmm...? :))

Sasha, I have the muffed bow ties due to hatch on the 4th of July. My guess is, they will start on the 3rd. Is Lisa serious about getting a showgirl??
I have the one that is all NN. No muff, no bowtie. Then, like I said, these others should all be muffed with bows..
I know that red wants the Exchequer.
I have one Welsummer
I have one buff Silkie. This one is a beauty..here's a picture of the buff Silkie.

It's been outside have a hay day with the others in the grow up pen.

Love the eyes on Silkies and showgirls.

Fluffy all over, nice vaulted head, and really nice feathered feet. This is a light buff.
There is just no guessing on Silkies when it comes to sexing. I found out at 13 weeks
that my blue splash is a girl. Here is a picture taken of her last week..this little one here
is a sibling..maybe..at least from the same breeder..had to have more of hers.

I would be more than happy to pick up Red's Exchequer. :) She's a beauty! I'm totally loving your blue splash Silkie, and the buff is waaaay cute. Whatever Lisa decides, I'm happy to accommodate. :) I think she's going to have me bring home 2 chicks! And yes, I would love to buy your last Welsummer!
We will be leaving Richfield either late afternoon of the 7th, or after breakfast on the 8th. Depends on how much time Howard wants to spend with his family, and if he's willing to skip church on Sunday.

she is a little meyers parrot. what was your birds name and how long ago did you give her up? i did some work with waes years ago
smile.png

Its been seven years ago. Birds name was Harpo. I gave Waes the bird her huge cage and a donation. I didn't like the people that came when I advertised and felt Waes could do a better jon rehoming her. She went to a Lady in Provo.

I'm gonna say the SS will be the first to lay, too. She looks chatty to me, and while it has nothing to do with POL, it's still fun. Although, I'd laugh if the little Exchequer pulled a fast one and beat the NH and SS to it.

Sasha, that would be wonderful if you could pick up the Exchequer on your way back from the reunion! Thank you! I love seeing forum friends, but alas, I have no gas money at the moment! Been making a few trips out to Tooele to take care of things, and it does take its toll. So, it seems I'll have to wait a bit before visiting Cynthia again.

Time for picture overload, just because I am bored, and thought I would take some pictures of my flock. You will see which three I am...ahem, patiently waiting on to lay. That NH has been checking out the boxes, but the S. Sussex is looking waay red. Plus, the Black Ameraucana is getting red. Enny, meenie, miney moe. hmmm? Anyone want to take a guess as to who will be the first? And Brad, here are a few of the pencil..she is really getting some great looking feathers.

My flock, two laying, and a few that should start soon.
The black Ameraucana, S. Sussex, and the NH...Come one girls!
She sure got pretty...blue egg, blue egg, blue egg.....! She is getting red now too..
The Exchequer is getting red too! I would say, what's up with that, but the leghorn can lay as early
as 16 weeks, she's just over 12 weeks.

My New Hampshire is checking out the nest boxes. :)
Not too red yet

Check out her beautiful feathers! Pencil Rock
Another shot of the Pencil's feathering.

My almost twins... the NH on the left, and my little Red, sexlink. The NH is now bigger than the red
sex link.

My Speckeled Sussex...really red!
My ss keeps visiting the neighbor so I clipped her wings. Are they slower to mature? Seems she is taking forever to grow. She thinks shes a parrot likes to sit on my shoulder. I want a showgirl but need to wait until I get back from Alaska

ok, here are my little darlings. they are growing so fast I can probably take the marbles out of the water. I have 11 total. 3 Auracanas, 7 sizzles, and one chick that hatched out of the mystery eggs I was sent. I think she is suppose to be a polish Frizzle. She has been very week but seems to be gaining in strength every day
