A blue one, with real puffy cheeks...speaking of cheeks!!!


They all came from pretty blue eggs, except for one, it was more of a green/blue. A
Black chick came from that one the dark black one up front. The other dark looking one seems to be a light blue, it really doesn't look nearly as dark as this one up front. It's so fun to have babies again. snuggles!
Anyone interested? Let me know soon. I am going to pick out my fav. Also the big
Blue pure A. outside. I am going to put her up on ksl. I have some blue going on already.
My black A. outside has laid an egg for me every day since she started. Today is day 4 I
do believe.

I am just sitting on the couch chillin . i am talking to a guy named Gary from Texas He has cream legbar chicks and has offered to bring them to me tomorrow and he is coming to Utah to visit family. Does anyone else want some chicks

Cynthia, your chicks are so cute! I love them! Are these your winning eggs? Didn't that batch have two fbcm or am I senile?


We spent 6 hours hiking the narrows today. My kids were such troopers. 5 year old didn't ask to be carried until we were 100 feet from camp. Got some great pictures.

Babies are adorable Cynthia. Super fluffy and cute cheeks What a fun hatch! It would be hard to find only one favorite in that group!

Our little mystery baby bantam pooped out today. I think I should have gotten two and put them together, not this little one in with the 2 three wk olds, they are so much bigger. My EE chick from the mustard egg is CRAZY and just romps and jumps. It trampled my other polish.....now this little banty.....Problem is now there are two left, the EE and a polish, same size/age. If I take the EE out the polish is left alone. And I do not want to start over with chicks. And I do not want to add another. So do I keep the two together or should I worry the EE will trample my last polish? I finally got a black with white crest girl. If she gets mowed over I am going to be so sad!

Anybody want a rowdy EE chipmunk? It is like Tigger....

Oh then I take pics of my polish "girl". Oops maybe not. The redness showing up in these pics caught me off guard. They do not seem that red in person. Sasha if you see this post let me know how it compares to your babies from this hatch ok? Dang it! This is going to turn out to be a really nice one, from an A+ breeder, now I am worried.

I was really getting my hopes up on that one
So anybody want Tigger? Free for your crockpot enjoyment at some point down the road? That one is a wild one, but cute.

The more yellow one was the first to hatch..it has a brown tint to it's feathering.

All have puffy cheeks..a couple not as much

I love the coloring of this one. Blue on the back, yellow throughout, and spots on eyes

Is that the little EE we hatched? It has really grown up.

I think that little polish is very cute. Looks alot more girly than the elvis's did.

Good news...Phoenix found 3 eggs in the nest box today, all hard shells....Maybe they have figured it out!

Oh and Lisa that little hen is adorable.....Thanks so much. I wish I had been able to come see you though.

Lisa, I hope your Polish is a girl! Tigger does indeed look boyish. The red on the shoulders there is what makes me say that.
