Vacation setup for 27 animals

He's in his little bin in the laundry room, which is also in the basement. There's a sink that I can use to give him a bath, and I let him run around and get some exercise. I check on him like 3,000 times a day lol.

Aww, you're a great duck momma. 3,000 times a day. Sweet.

I know! Duckies are so cute! If Igor didn't poop every 2 minutes and he wasn't so wet all the time, I would let him sleep with me lol. It would be nice to have a duck running around the house with a little collar on with his name on it

. I have 2 of the sweetest cockatiels ever named Tweety and Rosie. They love hugs and kisses and lots of attention and cuddles. Rosie especially; she sticks to my shoulder like a magnet.

You are funny!! The pooping every 2 mins. Yes. That'd make it hard to cuddle for sleep with him. That would be funny to have a duck running around the house like that. His webs slapping on the floors. I'd die.

Your little birds sound so sweet. I love their names. And Rosie who is bonded to you. Don't you just love that?

Most people don't think of birds as beings you can hug/kiss/cuddle with but they are. The occasional times I get to handle my finches they get the kissing treatment. They're so soft and warm.

They literally do poop every 2 minutes, I'm not being sarcastic! Lol :lau. I really do wish to have a ducky in the house all the time running around, but changing ducky doo doo diapers on a squirmy duck is probably a pain in the butt, and my parents would never allow it. Having a duck in the house for 2 weeks is kinda pushing it, *Sigh.*

I do love my baby cockatiels (they're not babies, but I call them that.) When Rosie is on my lap, I give her a neck rub and she slowly stretches down to her belly with her neck all the way stretched forward and her eyes closed lol. Their most favorite spot is the couch, they love to eat the little fluff pieces and crumbs (not the stuffing.) They're little vacuum cleaners! And they literally understand English, even though they don't speak it like the males do. Rosie will sit on my shoulder all day if I let her, and she bends down when she wants a bite of food. They're so huggable!

Oh the constant pooping. My teensy finches do it all the time like your ducks. It's maddening. Especially when I let them out. They'll sit in one place and after 5 mins, each bird has gone 3 times. I am always putting down magazine pages where they hang out so it doesn't get all over the floor. I've heard that diaper changes on ducks can be challenge sometimes. Esp if they're being squirmy.

I call my finches babies too even though they are not. Jib is my baby guy and Little Bit is my baby girl. The vision of Rosie all stretched out with her eyes closed during her scratches is such a cute vision. Little innocent thing. And then the thought of them being little Hoover vacuum cleaners on the couch is cute. Just hopping around foraging for crumbs.

Birds are wonderful.
