In the Brooder

Hi,
So, i've hatched 6 of my own chicks using eggs from a couple of my bantams. The day after they all hatched, a hatchery i'd been put on a waiting list for rang me and said the 3 chicks that i'd wanted were available to collect. I'd been waiting 2 months so jumped and went and collected the chicks, which had been vaccinated and are about a week and a half older than my incubated bantams.
I only have the 1 brooder so put them all in together as i don't really have any other option. Once i'd got the chicks home i noticed that the 3 vaccinated chicks that i collected are all sneezing. I spoke to the guy about it and he said it's because the vaccination is a live virus, that they've got a bit of a 'cold' and they'll get over it soon....
Is it likely that this vaccination 'cold' will get passed onto my incubated chicks but instead of them getting over it, they'll actually get the virus properly?!
I'm a bit annoyed really as when i collected the chicks from the hatchery i was talking all about my new hatchlings at home and how they'll all be together in the brooder...not once did the guy even hint that it shouldn't be done because of the chance of my non-vaccinated ones getting the virus from the 3 i was collecting from the hatchery!
I'd be absolutely beside myself if all 6 bantams then end up getting virus' and die....
Any ideas chicky experts?!
Thanks
