Vaccinating for Marek's disease?

The hatcheries say they are too small to vaccinate...I figured they knew something I didn't about the safety.

I got my chicks vacinated at the hatchery (barred rocks) and am planning on just hatching my own eggs does the hen give her chicks any immunities, probly not now that I think about it. But should I vacinate if I keep a closed flock? Can a vacinated chicken still carry the virus?
