vaccinations?

i have multiple breeds on order from mypetchicken. they offer mareks vaccine for full sized breeds(which i did get) but not for bantams. can the bantams be vaccinated when they get older but before intro to the main flock?

Every day after hatch the effectiveness of the vaccine diminishes.
The vaccine is in a race against the virus in your vicinity.

i plan to keep them isolated in the garage for a month or so. they shouldn't be exposed until i put them out in the coup right
