Vaccine question

I will be getting 6 3-month-old hens from a local woman who is known and respected for her hens and chicks. They will not be vaccinated. Do I need to vaccinate them and if so, with what and how? She says she has never had vaccinated chicks.

They're too old to be vaccinated (has to be done at less than 3 days, pre-exposure) for anything and they've been exposed to other birds.
