I am ending day 6 with 10 frizzle polish eggs and 2 sizzles. Trying to get all my hatching buddies together again...yotetrapper,myst,mom2emall,gumpsgirl and anyone else that wants to hatch with me!

Just candled again. I have veins and tiny eyeballs peeping at me! They all 12 look good!

Not sure, a lady gave them to me, and Ive enver seen her chickens, but the eggs are white, brown, green, and a kind of dark olive color. I have another baotr full of her eggs hatching right now, so far one is a solid yellow chick from a green egg and the other is truly funky looking, he needs to be in that fugly contest!! Hes black, with black skin, feet and nails. He had a topknot and feathers all down his feet, also has five toes..and imstead of drying fluffy and cute, hes got gunk from the egg stuck on him and hes all stiff and yucky looking.

That one is a silkie mix. I have a few OE silkies. They are cute.

should I wash him (too ugly to be a her) off a little so he can dry fluffy or leave him be?

Leave him alone. He'll get fluffy. You definately have some EE or americaunas in the green eggs. Cool.

Okay, will leave the poor little ugly thing alone...lol...Sure would be nice if the green egg babies look like all the cute lil ee chicks y'all all post pics of!! With the fluffy little faces....*sigh*
