Im on day 20. So far I have 5 Silver Sebright Chicks in the incubator. 7 under a broody hen. And I have 1 out of 4 Silkie eggs pipping.

Day 5 for Blue Cochins under my broody BO. I have more eggs coming, not sure if I should put them under her or in an incubator (that I would have to buy at TSC)

I'm on day 9 ith black and blue standard cochins. I will candle first time tomorrow.

Well, I think what little chance I had is gone now.

Somehow the temp was 106 this morning in the brooder.

I turned it down right away and I guess I'll see. I will candle probably on friday, which will be day 5.
Glad to hear everyone else is fine!!

Nothing new to report here, we're on day 2 with a bantam RIR sitting on 12 assorted bantam eggs. She's still sitting tight, thank goodness, and it looks like one of my EE's is wanting to get broody as well. I'm planning on candling on Saturday/day 5.

If you got them from Western Chick, then yes. She had just recently posted on the "buy, sell, trade" list.
LOL...I'll admit I am a hatch-a-holic, but I won't admit I have a problem. The only problem I have is my incubator is too small, and I just bought it!
