Venison Ribs!

I do not remove any meat.. the ribs are sort of layered ,,meat,fat,meat.

I do not mind just a little fat..

now I am getting hungry , too..LOL

We have one hanging right now (not by choice) . My mother was given a buck (with the hide still on , hanging for 2 weeks ) that we're (me) cutting up tomorrow .

I think I'll try this ! Sounds great , and something different . Thanks for the info and pics !

soaking them will not get rid of the fat.. boiling them melts the fat off,,(most of it).. and boiling also gives them a good start for cooking..
