Vent gleet, and a flock prone to issues/diseases

Hi, so I have a small flock on my back garden who just seem to always get sick

I’ve had them coming up a year, and we’ve already spent a couple of hundred pounds on vet bills. They’ve had parasites, they now have vent gleet, and they’ve seen the vets twice already now.
First it was new chickens bringing in disease, which is all cured now.
Second it was a feather loss due to parasites, which they’ve been treated for
Currrntly they’re all bald and scraggly due to feather picking due to an unbalanced diet, but we’ve cut down massively on treats for about a month now, and a few days ago we separate the hen who seemed to be pecking the most.
And now, yesterday we noticed one hen had what we think is vent gleet.

Is there something we’re doing wrong? We give a layer pellet diet, with every few days a bit of added protein for feather growth and calcium for strong eggs. They get clean water daily. The main feather pecker is living separate so give the others time to heal. They are given an anti peck spray and a purple spray to clean any cuts and cover any blood.

We honestly don’t know why they’re just so sick all the time

It sounds like you had an unbalanced diet. But have learned another way to feed. It may take some time for them to get 100%. How much space do your chickens have?

Hi since I posted one chicken has been put down by the vets, but the other issues still stand although the vet says it is most likely a combo of feather picking during a natural molt. I was also told my chickens may be more prone to certain illnesses due to being laying hybrids and having a high production rate.
But anyway, my chickens have a 7 foot by 8 foot run, which is for 4 of them currently. The 5th is living in a rabbit hutch and free ranges round the garden for anywhere from 2-6 hours a day. The others usually get about an hour out daily when the other is locked up.
