Here's the report.

I have not added any unvaxxed chickens. I got all 7 at the same time.

I do have next door neighbors with chickens but we are both on 5 acre lots and their chickens stay on their property. Mine are in a closed coop and run.

Thank you. It looks like she had some mild bacterial infection in her lungs and ovary, and she had eimeria, which is coccidiosis. I would probably go ahead and treat all of your chickens for that with Corid. Dosage is 2 tsp of the liquid, or 1.5 tsp of the powder per gallon of water for 5-7 days. With Mareks, it lowers their immunity and ability to fight off infections. If you get any other final report with more info, post it here.
