A few weeks ago I thought one of my hens had developed gleet: runny poop, matted feathers, stopped flying up to roost. I've had her inside, feathers trimmed back, bathed with epsom salt, been treating with miconazole and Banixx. There is zero improvement. Her vent actually looks good, no swelling or inflammation. Her poop is yellow liquid with green flecks. I tried ACV, she refused to drink. She won't eat yogurt, she's barely eating at all anymore. Is there anything left to try? Should I treat for something different? I have corid but, again, getting anything in her orally is a challenge.

Thanks for any advice.

Have you been giving the miconazole twice a day? Have you been giving it for at least the past seven days?

Have you determined that the issue isn't a matter of constipation? Is the crop emptying overnight or is it like a water balloon in the morning?

Are you able to tube feed? Are you willing to give this a try?
