I am the second owner to all my hens. They are approximately between 3-4 years old. I have have noticed on my white hens the most that poop has been getting stuck on their back feathers and I have to soak and wash them off. Even after washing off the droppings my hen didn't seem clean. I have started all of them with ACV water and some live culture yogurt. How much more should I do?

Sometimes older hens have a hard time clearing their feathers when pooping. You might want to trim the fluff just below her vent.
I would not put ACV in the water. I would just give them plain clean water. The yogurt is good but I have found that feeding about half of their diet as fermented feed works quite well to keep nice healthy guts. I often times will mix a little kefir into the fermented feed for an extra boost.
During times of extreme stress such as when it's very hot or very cold I will also mix some electrolytes into the ferment.
