Vent Gleet Or Something Else?

I’ve always had a healthy flock so I have no idea what is going on with my girl. She’s got poo all over her rear end & it looks very swollen. She seems a little slow and not her spunky self. Any ideas what this could be? Thank you in advance

No, it doesn't appear to be vent gleet. Sometimes a hen's digestive tract needs tuning with a probiotic. Wash her butt, and give her a probiotic for a few days and see if that helps.

Going through something similar and saw this thread. Could you recommend a good probiotic to keep on hand when something like this arises? TIA
