Try the bath again, this is the best way to clean her up, you have hold her in the water for about 25 min. Gently force her in the water. You will have to hold her. It may not all come of the first few times. After try an internal exam, you need to be sure an egg is not stuck. You can do it.

The bath will need to be repeated a few time in a day. She will need to be dried with a blow dryer.
