I have three chickens and I have noticed that only one of them has poop always stuck on their behind and its so hard to get off. I have tried everything and nothing really seems to work. She also won't stay still for me to get it off completely. What should/could I do? Thanks!

Can you post some photos?
What type of food/treats do you feed? (including treats)

Vent Gleet is a yeast/fungal infection of the Cloaca. Usually it's a white pasty discharge that has a sour or yeasty smell.

Do your girls take dust baths?
How old is the girl that is the worst? Can you get a hold of her to examine her closely for lice/mites and clean her vent and feathers really well. If you need to, swaddle her in a towel so you can control her. Give her bum a good wash up so you can see.
For hard to get out poop, you can trim if you have to or just work it out of the feathers. Having a helper would be good.

Here's some info on Vent Gleet https://www.tillysnest.com/2012/12/vent-gleet-prevention-and-treatment-html/

A garden hose with sprayer works best.
