I have a barred rock hen with green drainage from her vent. We're doing Epsom salt baths and antifungal spray but doesn't seem to be getting better. She is eating and drinking but is sluggish. Is it vent gleet?

Have you tried monostat? Baths aren't going to help this. What's her crop feel like? Usually a problem like this indicates an issue farther up.
I have. Now I'm wondering about impacted crop. I'm going to check her crop first thing in the morning to see if it's impacted.

Looks like green poop. Generally Vent Gleet is a white pasty yeasty discharge.

When was her last egg?
Check to see that her crop is emptying overnight.

I'd see that she's drinking well and once hydrated, offer a bit of wet mushy feed.

Any lice/mites?
How old is she?
What are you feeding including treats?
When was she last dewormed?

Her last egg was a week ago. Her crop was empty this morning. No lice or mites. 10 months old. All flock crumbles. We throw herbs in here and there. Corn, black oil sunflowers, meal worms for snacks. Occasional kitchen scraps.

Give her a good washing up if she's not lethargic.

Get some photos of her poop or is it all leakage?

Feel her abdomen below her vent - any bloat or feeling of fluid?

UPDATE: Her crop is empty. She's not wanting to eat or drink. Her belly is swollen and firm. It's not red and she's not missing any feathers.

She may be having some reproductive issues.
I'd try getting some extra Calcium into her to see if that will help. You can find Calcium Citrate with D3 in the vitamin aisle of stores like Walmart, CVS, etc. Just pull down on her wattles, pop the tablet in and let her swallow.
It's very important to get her hydrated. See if she will drink on her own if you hold a cup up to her beak. If not, then you may need to syringe or tube fluids into her.

I feel like she needs an antibiotic at thus point. And idea what to use or dose?
