Vent problems. Need some advice

I have a hen...well8 of them but one I noticed had a poop covered vent but upon closer inspection she has a white discharge coming from the area also. She is acting fine right now she's free ranging with the others and eating and drinking. I want to fix it before it gets worse but not sure what it is. No vets in my area that see chickens. Does anyone have experience or advice on this? I'm getting worried about my baby. She's only about a year old

Wash her vent with warm water, in the bath or large sink if you have to, to remove the poop. Hardened chicken poop needs a little soaking time for removal, or you can trim the feathers around her vent if need be, just not too short. These things are easier with an extra adult set of hands considering her age, and that chickens don't usually like baths. Then you'll be able to see better what you're dealing with. If you still can't tell what the issue is, take a picture and post it. Someone on BYC will likely be able to help you further.

It's bath time as soon as I get home from work ( should be interesting ) once she cleaned an soaked with epsom salt I'll post a picture. If I can figure out how. I'm not tech savvy. Thanks for the info

Just bathed her the best we could in half dark. Her belly is half bald and there is something large and red hanging out of her rear. Poor thing. Trying to figure out how to post a pic

I'm not sure WHAT this is?! It's squishy and she doesn't seem bothered when touched. Just wondering if it's normal. Sorry about the wet feathers I hadn't quite finished bath time yet

And found a egg covered in blood just now. I'm assuming it's hers. Kinda freaking out but it's just weird she's acting fine

I'm going with a prolapse but if you could take a picture holding her so her butt is towards the camera and pull her feather out of the way to get a clear shot of the vent
