I've pulled off a bunch of dead tissue and I'm hoping it's a positive thing. I'm beginning to think it had been out a lot longer than I'd realised. Shes still in good spirits though she stands puffed up all the time. But the prolapse is still popping itself back out. I'm going out of town Friday & I guess shell be coming with me. fingers crossed I can get it to stay in tomorrow!

the prolapse is way smaller than it was in the beginning and I've removed a lot of dead tissue. but I've been at this awhile and I'm not sure its gonna get any better.

holy potatoes. a big chunk of ick came off today & her insides went back inside on their own.

Oh wow, hope she will be fine now, it is so worrisome when they're not well isn't it? You are very nurturing so she is in good hands.

I think shes doing okay. her first couple nights outside, she wanted to roost on the ground outside the main pen, so I moved her higher for safety. tonight she roosted at half height in the main pen on her own.
