Vent swollen?

I was doing health check and realized one of my chickens vent was poking out and swollen or something. I tried to get a good picture, but does anyone know what it could be and if it could be fatal and what I can do?

I'm not sure, but I think it's a good sign that's it's not red and inflammation- it doesn't look to be protruding/prolapse.

I did just see her take a poop I could just be paranoid, but it looks bigger than usual
