Vent turning inside out?

Noticed some poop on bottom feathers. When I had a closer look, it looked as if one of the chicks had a pulsating vent and then the area looked swollen and as if the inside was on the outside. Advice? How will I really know if everything needs to be pushed back inside? I have never really looked at their vents before.

I also noticed a speck of blood in her nest box.

We recently had a hen do the same thing. It is called prolapse, and if you search the forum, you can find info on it. I was going to cull my girl yesterday, because I could not get it in, and get it to stay, and when we went out, it was in!! I am going to let nature take it's course, and see how she does. I used some lubricant, to get it back in the first time, and put some PrepH on it to take the inflammation down.
