Ventilation for this coop

Pics
Photos?

Maybe write an article on them that people could reference?
I keep meaning to do a coop article. I need to find the time to write it!
In the meantime here are some photos I have on my phone
The first is from the outside showing one of the two open gable ends covered in h/w cloth.
The other two photos are from the inside showing the baffle (which is made of scrap tongue and groove cedar) resting open on the horizontal rafter tie.
I would need to get up on a ladder to get a picture of the latch - it is like what is used in transom windows if that helps.

A short piece on just the baffle would be a way to ease into the larger coop article. :)

The furnace filters would probably be the easier option for me. At least right now. Maybe over the summer I can create the baffles, I’m sure I’ll have to change out the filters in the summer, when it’s warmer.
Here’s the pictures of some of the chickens. Most of the hens look like the hen pictured. Except for those with pea combs or modified peas. The roosters waddles I know are from one of my waterers. It’s one I had been using for a couple months now though. It was also difficult to find backwards data, for some reason, but I hope this helps. It still isn’t accurate data either since this is just the city nearest me. So the temps and humidity will be different. But my village is too small to record stuff like this.
