I put a fan in the window to help cool them off and add ventilation

I hope it's a fan rated for barn use. Both the dust from the bedding and the feather dander create a fire hazard in an unsealed motor.

Alternately, if you have to use a fan made for indoor use in a home, you can mount it this way:

Is it blowing in or out of coop?
Blowing in will all but eliminate dust gathering on the fan motor.

This was last night it sucks air from outside and blows it in circulating it though the roof gap and windows all my chickens got up too last night
