Time to thin the herd. I have several chicks that were hatched from a breeding between my Whitmore farms blue ameraucana cock and an EE hen that lays a consistant, off the scale XL blue egg. I have cockerels and pullets, all have pea combs and are either black or blue plumage. I also have some other mixes, a blue cuckoo EE cockerel who is going to be magnificent. They were all hatched by broody hens and fed the best feed available.

Prices vary from $10 and up.

Daddy is the blue ameraucana with a nice dark egg laying cuckoo marans hen. He's very friendly, quite a character!

I'm about 12 miles from B&J's, very popular place, BTW! Maine varies from a few hours or more depending on your location. I am 6 miles outside of Montperlier, google map that to get an idea.

I can ship if you provide a proper sized Horizon box and prepay for your birds and shipping costs. Yep, will hold for Labor Day for serious enthusiasts!

I have 7 broodies on eggs yet so there will be more chicks shortly, day olds will be $5 each.

These chicks have been raised in the general population and do well with my adults but are a long way from full grown so may need some protection from bullying adult birds in your own flocks.

Is it $10 for the pullets and $5 for the chicks? How much would you say it would be to ship to zip 85207 maybe 2-3 blue pullets if available?
