Very aggressive Sapphire OE attacking my BLP

May I ask, what is a BLP?
Buff Laced Polish
Why pics are always best :D

Would help to know, is is winter or summer where you are?
Where in this world are you located?
Climate, and time of year, is almost always a factor.
Please add your general geographical location to your profile.
It's easy to do, and then it's always there!

It's winter, but it never gets to freezing where I am. The temperature is anywhere from 50-80 fahrenheit
I'm in CA, bay area
Looking forward to the photos. In lieu of a run, do they just free range around your yard then? Do they have access to that space all day?
Yes, they free range in my yard about 1-2 hours on week days and 4-6 hours on the weekend
Here is a coop picture (sorry for the quality its a very bad panorama, also ignore my chicken who shows up twice lol):

This box on the left is an egg laying box; the door in the middle is a roosting area where they sleep, and the rest is space for them to hang out

Did you raise them all together as chicks?

If not, the pecking and harassing of crested breeds like Polish or Silkies is sadly a very common issue. So called normal chickens that are not raised with crested birds and thus are accustomed to their somewhat strange behaviour, often don't accept them as chickens and can even try to kill them.

It might help to trim the Polish's crest to allow for unobstructed view, so she will be able to see what is coming before getting pecked.
I do trim her crest, she can see when Pearl's going to peck her crest but she can't see if Pearl pecks her tail. When she sees Pearl, she runs away and either goes to her roost or on top of the feeder

This spring I had to cull one of my very productive and big Olive Eggers because of her overly aggressive behaviour. My chickens have plenty of space, but she chased other hens down, fighting them relentlessly and even killed one of my favourite Swedish Isbar/Silverudds hens, which was the last straw.

There are others here on BYC reporting also aggression issues with their Olive Eggers, so it might be some genetic cause.
