Very First Egg!

Our Jumbo Pekin, Milo, layed her very first egg today! I found it as I was getting her into her enclosure for the night, apparently we had missed it when we took her out this morning. It was a super exciting moment! We still don’t know what we’re going to do with them yet lol.

Much fluffier baked goods. May make say tollhouse cookies very cake-like. But delicious to eat.
