I just got word that my oldest sister who was diagnosed with lung cancer a year ago passed away this morning. They just took her to hospice yesterday afternoon. I'm so heartbroken, but I'm glad that she doesn't have to suffer any longer. She was like my second mother. She loved the Gators and living on Cross Creek (Florida).

I am so terribly sorry for your loss.
But remember...We are the only ones who loose here, by missing our loved ones. But by letting go we give them the freedom to move on. To be with the others we've loved and lost before.
She is having the best reunion party ever! Be happy for her. She no longer suffers, and is no longer held down by the weight of the world.
I know what you are going through. I lost my father to cancer in my twenties. He was only 55.
The pain never goes away. But it does get easier to bear. God loves you and he loves all of us. HE will never give us more than we can bear.
........LOVE..........
