Very sick duck, dont know what to do!!!

It sure sounds like he is dying. It's just so hard to know for sure but it doesn't sound good for him. Did you try and give him the charcoal? It can be put into water but if he isn't drinking that isn't going to help. Giving him a capsule and making sure it goes down the right way might be tricky too. Have you ever given a pill?It could be dissolved in water and fed by a syringe you just have to be very careful it doesn't go down the wrong hole in the back of his throat.

Right now it has turned cold. He's in on my porch. Its heated. I had his close to the furnace but I think he got hot. So he's where its a little cooler. Hes done this twice that I have seen pulls his neck and head way back over his body and his feet straight out then just lays there. His head is bobbing back and forth. If his head is still his eyes continue to go back and forth.
That sounds like seizures.

No he will move like scoot a little, But I pick him up in a towel so he doesnt flop wings and get all stressed. I am giving him Pen G.
I cant get him to eat worth a crap. I have a small flexable 5 inch tube. I insert it in the side and he starts jerking his head around and then it falls out. I know he needs food and water.

I would not keep up with the Epsom saltwater it will dehydrate him.
When tube feeding you need to wrap him in a towel sitting up maybe get someone to hold him so you have 2 hands free. use on hand to pry open his mouth then place the tube down his left side if he is facing you. Having 2 hands-free you might be able to keep the tube from coming out. Use warm water to hydrate him.
this is excellent info on tube feeding.
