Very sick hen

This morning I went out to the coop to see a hen on the floor stretched out thought she might be dead. She was alive, she eats well but is thin drinks plenty of water her poo is white not really runny. What could this be?

Has she ever laid brittle egg shells or soft eggs?

When did you last deworm?

What exactly are you feeding?

Did you check her and the coop for lice and poultry mites? Poultty mites suck the blood of the birds and cause severe anemia among other.
