Very small chick compared to the others, also possible cockerels??

I'd like some feedback on this subject as well. I have a Rhode Island who is a lot smaller than the others. I've included a picture - she's the little runt in the front. It's almost like she doesn't have any tail feathers either - just a puff ball. Also, she gets "pasty butt" a lot. I think I've alleviated this with Vaseline, but...... Hopefully she's O.K. but I thought I'd see if anyone else has had this problem and hopefully their little chicks lived long chicken lives!

She ended up being a pullet, so hopefully the same is for you!

But, I did read on here somewhere that cockerels can feather out slower... so I'm not sure
