Very strange egg yolk

One of my older hens laid a very odd egg. There were two yolks inside, one was completely normal looking but the other one was definitely not. It was smaller, a strange colour and when I broke it it was full of something that kind of resembled an egg white. Can anyone tell me what's wrong with it?

Looks like an egg within an egg! The thin membrane there looks to be a poorly developed shell with just a little bit of the white. Nothing to worry about IMO.
